Instructions1. Wash the Chinese radish, cut off both ends, and use the central part.2. Cut lengthwise to obtain thin slices. Fold each one in half lengthwise. 3. Cut slits about 1 ½ cms. long down the length of the fold. 4. Roll up these fringed strips one after another to make a bloom of the required size, and secure with wooden pins. |
