Material Three large red or yellow spur chillies Equipment Carving knife
	Instructions 1. Cut around the stem of the chilli. Make another cut to open the chilli from stem to tip. Carefully remove the core and seeds. 2. Trim the stem end of the skin to form two lobes and the tip end to form a point, thus producing a heart shape as in the picture. 3. With the tip of the knife, make a hole in the spathe and insert the core and seeds to create the anthurium spike.
