Instructions1. Wash the radishes.2. With the tip of the knife, make cuts through the skin, dividing the radish into six petals. 3. Cut under the skin to separate the petals from the radish flesh. 4. Trim the flesh to round it and then cut shallow grooves to give the appearance of inner petals. 5. With the tip of the knife, cut a curved, pointed flap in the middle of each of the outer petals. |
