Material
One Chinese radish

Equipment
Sharp-pointed knife
Carving knife

Instructions

1. Cut the Chinese radish into sections 2 inches long.

2. Cut into slices, trim each piece to shape it like a leaf.

3. Cut out curving openings in the leaf, beginning at the base and working towards the tip.

4. With the tip of the knife, cut notches all around the edges.
