Two large tomatoes an half inch diameter

Instructions

1. Select bright red tomatoes without bruises and wash them.

2. With a very sharp knife, cut off the stem end and then peel off the skin in a continuous strip about 1 ½ cms. wide.

3. Wind the strip into a roll and place on the inner face of the stem end.
