Beetroot Salad
( Pantzária Saláta )

Ingredients
1 kilo of beetroots
Salt
Oil and vinegar
Method
Clean and wash the beetroots. Remove the stems and the leaves. Boil the beetroots for 20 minutes, then add the leaves and boil for a further half hour.
After this, strain them. Remove the outer skins from the beetroots while they are still hot, then cut into slices. Serve with oil and vinegar, or if preferred, with a garlic sauce.
