( Choriátiki Saláta )

Ingredients
3 firm tomatoes
1 fresh cucumber
1 onion
2 green peppers
1 cup of black olives
180 grms of feta cheese
˝ cup of olive oil
Ľ cup of vinegar
Rigani, salt and pepper
Details
Serves: 6
Method
Cut the tomatoes and the cucumbers into slices and the onion and the peppers into rings. Place in salad bowl, sprinkle with salt, pepper and rigani and add the olives.
Cut the feta cheese into chunks and add to other ingredients in the bowl. Pour over the oil and vinegar.
