Potatoes And Peas
Ingredients
½ kilo fresh or frozen peas
2 carrots, sliced
2 small onions, sliced thinly
2 potatoes, cubed
2 garlic cloves, crushed
A bunch of parsley, finely chopped
Salt and black pepper
1 tea cup olive oil
3-4 tomatoes, skinned and finely chopped
Method
Heat the oil and lightly fry the onion and garlic. Add a cup of water, the peas, tomatoes, potatoes, parsley, salt and pepper. Cover the pan and leave to cook over a low heat for one hour.
