Olive Oil Cake

Ingredients
1 ½ cups olive oil
1 ½ cups orange juice
1 ½ cups sugar
2 soup spoons cognac
1 teaspoon ground cloves
½ cup raisins
1 packet self-raising flour
½ cup olive oil
Method
Mix all the ingredients together and blend in a blender. Oil a baking tray with a little olive oil and pour the mixture into the tray. Bake for 40 minutes in a medium oven.
