Artichokes
Ingredients
5 artichokes
3 lemons
4 spring onions, finely chopped
3 potatoes
3 carrots, sliced
A little dill, finely chopped
1 cup olive oil
Method
Clean and prepare the artichokes and rub them with lemon. Put the artichokes, potatoes, onions, carrots and dill in a large saucepan. Add the olive oil and cover with water. Heat for around 1 ½ hours.
