Roast Potatoes With Rosemary
Ingredients
1 kilo small round potatoes
1 soup spoon rosemary
2 cloves garlic
8 soup spoons olive oil
1 soup spoon mustard
Juice of one lemon
Salt and black pepper
Method
Clean and salt the potatoes and arrange them in a baking tray. Sprinkle with the rosemary. Add the garlic and drizzle with the oil. Beat the mustard and the lemon juice together and drizzle over the potatoes. Heat at 200 degrees for around half an hour.
To accompany barbecued meats.
