Cream Sauce
An excellent standby sauce for any occasion. It is delicious served with spaghetti or used as a foundation for other ingredients to make a more elaborate dish.
Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
3tbsp chopped fresh parsley
275ml/ ½ pt single cream
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Details
Serves: 4
Method
Place all the ingredients in a medium-sized frying pan and cook over low heat for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
SERVING SUGGESTION: -
Stir cream Sauce into freshly cooked tagliatelle Verde and serve immediately with plenty of freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
