Buttered Smoked Haddock
Ingredients
1 lb. smoked haddock
½ oz. (1 tablespoon) butter
Cayenne pepper

Serves: 2
Method
Put the smoked haddock in a heat resistant dish that just fits. Dot with butter. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 minutes until the flesh flakes easily. Serve garnished with a sprinkling of cayenne pepper.
