Celery With Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
7 oz. can celery hearts
1½ teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
5 tablespoons (6 tablespoons) tomato ketchup (catsup)
2 oz. (½ cup) cheese, grated

Serves: 2
Method
Drain the celery hearts and arrange in a shallow heatproof dish. Combine the sugar, oregano and ketchup. Spread the sauce over the celery and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes. Brown under the grill if desired.
