Tobago Fizz

Ingredients

4-5 ice cubes
Juice of ½ lime or lemon
Juice of ½ orange
3 measures golden rum
1 measure single cream
½ teaspoon sugar syrup
Soda water, to top up

To decorate:-

Orange slice
Strawberry slice

Serves: 1

Method

Put the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Pour the lime or lemon juice, orange juice, rum, cream and sugar syrup over the ice and shake until a frost forms, then strain into a goblet. Top up with soda water and serve decorated with slices of orange and strawberry speared on a cocktail stick, and drink with straws.
