Ingredients

1 measure white rum
1 measure Midori
1 tablespoon coconut cream
1 tablespoon pineapple juice
3 tablespoons orange juice
3-4 ice cubes
½ measure crème de bananes
½ fresh banana
Banana wedge, unpeeled, to decorate

Method

Pour the white rum, Midori, coconut cream, pineapple juice, orange juice and the ice cubes into a blender. Blend for about 10 seconds. Add the crème de bananes and the fresh banana and blend for a further 10 seconds. Decorate with the wedge of banana and drink with a straw.
