Zombie Christophe
Ingredients
4-5 ice cubes
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
Juice of ½ orange
250 ml (8 fl oz) unsweetened pineapple juice
1 measure blue Curaçao
1 measure white rum
1 measure golden rum
½ measure dark rum
To decorate:-
Lime or lemon slice
Mint sprig

Serves: 1
Method
Put the ice cubes in a mixing glass. Pour the lime or lemon juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, Curaçao, white and golden rums over the ice. Stir vigorously, then pour, without straining, into a tumbler. Top with the dark rum, stir gently and serve decorated with a slice of lime or lemon and a mint sprig.
