Cottage Cheese Patties

Ingredients
1 kg cottage cheese
5 egg yolks
300 g flour
2 tablespoons sugar
40 g butter
200 ml sour cream

Method
Drain cottage cheese well, preferably overnight.
In a mixing bowl mix cottage cheese, egg yolks, flour and sugar. Shape into patties by rolling and shaping with the palms of the hands.
Fry patties in butter for about 2 minutes or until brown. Turn and fry the other side. The ideal cottage cheese patty has a fried crust and is soft in the middle.
Serve hot with sour cream poured over.
