Fish Shashlik
Ingredients
4 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 kg large firm-fleshed fish (cut in 5-6 cm chunks)

Method
Combine lemon juice and cream. Dip each piece of fish in the sauce, then thread on skewers.
Cook under a griller for 7-8 minutes, turning constantly. When ready the fish will be brown. Score fish with a hot skewer.
Serve with pomegranate juice.
