Gin Cup
Ingredients
3 mint sprigs, plus extra to decorate
1 teaspoon sugar syrup
Chopped ice
Juice off ½ lemon
3 measures gin

Method
Put the mini and sugar syrup in an old-fashioned glass and stir them about to bruise, the mint slightly. Fill the glass with chopped ice, add the lemon juice and gin and stir until a frost begins to form. Decorate with extra mint sprigs.
