Brochette Of Chicken
Ingredients
24 oz chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes
½ bunch fresh parsley finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
½ teaspoon cumin
Salt and white pepper to taste
¾ cup olive oil

Serves: 4
Method
Mix all ingredients well. On each skewer stick, put on 4 ounces of chicken. Cook over a bed of hot coals on a barbecue pit or broil in oven until tender, about five minutes.
