Ingredients
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
1½ lb beef tenderloin or round steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 medium onion and cut into 1" pieces

Method
Combine red pepper, garlic powder, and seasoned salt in a wide, shallow bowl. Add beef and mix with hands to coat with spices. Preheat broiler.
Thread beef and onion pieces onto 12 inch skewers. Broil 4 to 5 minutes per side or until meat is tender.
