Tagine Of Swiss Chard
Ingredients
12 cups swiss chard, finely chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
½ cup cilantro, chopped
½ cup salad oil
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
Salt and pepper
¼ cup raw rice
Details
Serves: 4
Method
Place chard in the casserole with the onion, cilantro, oil, paprika, salt, pepper and ¼ cup water. Cook, covered, 30 minutes. Add the rice and continue cooking until all the liquid has been evaporated, about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
