Mai Tai
Ingredients
Lightly beaten egg white
Caster sugar, for frosting
1 measure white rum
½ measure orange juice
½ measure lime juice
3 ice cubes, crushed
To decorate:-
Cocktail cherries
Pineapple cubes
Orange slice
Details
Serves: 1
Method
Dip the rim of a tall glass into the beaten egg white, then into the caster sugar. Put the rum, orange juice and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake to mix. Put the ice in the glass and pour the cocktail over it. Decorate with the cherries, pineapple and orange slice.
