Pineapple Buganda
Ingredients
2 cups fresh pineapple cut into small pieces
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup 2% milk
4 oz light rum
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup ice
Mint sprigs
Maraschino cherries
Details
Serves: 4
Method
Set aside the mint sprigs and cherries, and combine other ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and thick, and garnish with mint and cherries.
