Vodka Caipirinha

Ingredients

6 lime wedges
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 measures vodka
Crushed ice

Method

Place 3 of the lime wedges in a large tumbler or old-fashioned glass and add the brown sugar and vodka. Mix well, mashing the lime wedges slightly to release a little juice. Top up with crushed ice and decorate with the remaining lime wedges.
