Parsley Wine 2
Ingredients
¾ lb. parsley heads
4 lb. white sugar
2 lemons
1 gallon water
1 oz. root ginger yeast
Method
Boil the bruised ginger, lemon rind (no white pith) and prepared parsley heads in the water for thirty minutes, replacing any water boiled away. Strain on to the sugar and stir until dissolved. Allow to cool, add the yeast and continue as directed in paragraphs 1 to 6, as in Parsley Wine 1 recipe.
