French Fish Fillets
Ingredients
1 lb. fish fillets
3 tablespoons (¼ cup) French dressing
1½ oz. (½ cup) matzo meal (cracker) crumbs
Paprika

Serves: 4
Method
Dip the fillets in the French dressing. Coat with the crumbs. Arrange in a heat resistant buttered dish and sprinkle with paprika. Cook on HIGH for 5-6 minutes, giving the dish a half turn after 3 minutes.
