White Witch

Ingredients

8-10 ice cubes
1 measure white rum
½ measure white crème de cacao
½ measure Cointreau
Juice of ½ lime
Soda water, to top up

To decorate:-

Orange slice
Lime slice

Method

Put 4-5 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and pour in the white rum, crème de cacao, Cointreau and lime juice. Put 4-5 fresh ice cubes in an old-­fashioned glass. Shake the drink, then strain it into the glass. Top up with soda water and stir to mix. Decorate with slices of orange and lime and serve with straws.

Tip:- If you roll whole limes around quite hard on a board with your hand, you will find that you get more juice from them.
