Sunset Tea

Ingredients

200 ml (7 fl oz) freshly brewed Indian tea
½ measure golden rum
1 measure Cointreau
2 measures orange juice

To decorate:-

2 orange slices, each stuck with 3 cloves
Cinnamon sticks

Method

Pour the tea into 2 heatproof glasses. Put the rum, Cointreau and orange juice in a small saucepan. Place it over a low heat and bring the mixture to just under boiling point, stirring constantly. Pour immediately into the glasses with the tea. Decorate each one with a slice of orange stuck with 3 cloves, and a cinnamon stick.
