Coconut
Ingredients
3 ½ cup milk (may be low fat)
2 ½ cup cream
2 ½ cup sweetened coconut syrup
1 tablespoon fresh or dried grated coconut (optional)
Method
Stir everything together and pour in the ice cream maker. Freeze in the machine until stiff. The quantities are right for the popular Italian Caddy ice cream maker, which makes about 1 pint.
