Lemon Sorbet
Ingredients
Makes about 1 quart
1 ½ cups fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
3 cups simple syrup
Method
Place the lemon juice, zest and simple syrup into the bowl of the machine and freeze.
