Jalapeno Mint Ice Cream
Method
Start with slicing open 1-3 ripe jalapeno chilli peppers (depending on your macho rating), remove the placenta and seeds, and chop them very fine. Then add them to a batch of the Old Time Vanilla Ice Cream, also adding 1 teaspoon of mint extract. Let the mix age in the refrigerator for at least four hours before freezing. Mucho Bueno!!!
