1 ⅓ cup bread flour
⅔ cup rye flour
⅓ cup wheat germ
2 tablespoon gluten flour, 100%
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground allspice
¼ teaspoon rosemary
½ tablespoon oil
3 tablespoon fruit concentrate or honey
1 cup water

Follow manufacturer's directions and use white bread setting, light.
