Buttermilk Pumpernickel
Ingredients
1 ¾ teaspoon active dry yeast
2 ¼ cup bread flour
1 cup rye flour + 2 tablespoons
1 ½ tablespoon brown sugar
1 ½ teaspoon Salt
1 ½ tablespoon vegetable oil
1 ½ tablespoon caramel colouring
⅓ cup buttermilk
1 cup water + 2 tablespoons
Method
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your ABM manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.
