Caesar's Sourdough Bread
Ingredients
2 ½ teaspoons yeast
2 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 ½ garlic cloves, crushed
1 ½ tablespoons sugar
½ tablespoon salt
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 anchovies, chopped
½ teaspoon lemon peel, grated
1 ½ cups sourdough starter
½ cup water, warm
Method
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Select "white bread" and push Start. In hot & humid weather, use ⅛ cup less water.
