Ingredients
7 ounces warm water
3 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon butter/margarine
2 teaspoons yeast
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Method
The flour is an almost 3 cups, go light on the measuring and watch the dough ball. Use the crispy (French) mode.
