Carrot Pudding
Ingredients
4 large carrots, cooked and grated
1 small onion, grated
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup milk
3 eggs, beaten
Method
Mix together carrots, onion, salt, nutmeg, sugar, milk and eggs. Pour into slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
