Banana And Chocolate Chip Cake
Ingredients
125 g (4 oz) margarine
125 g (4 oz) light brown soft sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 large bananas
250 g (8 oz) self-raising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
50 g (2 oz) milk chocolate drops

Method
Place the margarine and sugar in a bowl and beat together until light and creamy. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
Mash the bananas and beat into the cake mixture.
Sift the flour and baking powder together. Fold into the cake mixture with the chocolate drops.
Spoon the mixture into a greased 1.75 litre (3 pint) microwave ring mould and cook on HIGH for 7 minutes.
Leave to stand for 3 minutes, then turn out and cool on a wire rack.

Power setting: HIGH
Cooking time: 7 minutes
Standing time: 3 minutes
