Serves: 4
Method
Place the potatoes in a dish with 6 tablespoons water. Cover and cook on HIGH for 9 minutes. Leave to stand for 5 minutes, then drain.
Meanwhile, place the mixed vegetables in a bowl, add 3 tablespoons water, cover and cook on HIGH for 5 minutes. Drain, then return to the bowl.
Add the tuna to the vegetables and stir together to break up the tuna chunks a little.
Place the onion sauce mix in a jug, stir in the milk, then cook on HIGH for 4 minutes, stirring twice during cooking.
Pour the sauce over the tuna and vegetables, add the chopped eggs, and salt and pepper, then spoon into a dish.
Add the butter to the potatoes and mash well. Season with salt and pepper, add the parsley and beat thoroughly.
Put the potato mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large nozzle and pipe a border around the edge of the dish. Alternatively, spread the potato over the top and mark the surface with a fork. Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes.
