Reuben Roller Sandwich Wraps
Ingredients
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 (10-inch) flour tortillas
3 ounces each thinly sliced corned beef and pastrami
8 thin slices Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons coarse grain mustard
2 tablespoons Thousand Island salad dressing
½ cup sauerkraut, drained

Method
Spread an equal amount of the cream cheese over each tortilla. Layer equal amounts of the corned beef, pastrami, Swiss cheese, mustard, salad dressing and sauerkraut on each tortilla, leaving 4 inches at one end covered with cream cheese only. Roll the tortillas tightly, beginning at the layered end. Press to seal the wraps with the cream cheese. Slice and serve immediately or chill, wrapped in plastic wrap, for up to 2 days. You may substitute lavash, an Armenian cracker bread, for the tortillas. If using the crisp variety, sprinkle with water and wrap in a clean damp kitchen towel for 10 to 15 minutes or until softened.
