Blue Cheese And Vegetable Wraps
Ingredients
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
4 red leaf lettuce leaves
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 cup shredded red cabbage
½ cup chopped tomato
¼ cup (1 ounce) crumbled blue cheese
3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion

Makes: 4
Method
Spread an equal amount of the cream cheese over each tortilla. Top each with a lettuce leaf. Sprinkle with the alfalfa sprouts, cabbage, tomato, blue cheese and onion. Roll to enclose the filling, tucking in the ends. Cut each wrap into halves.
