Dill Onion Bread
Ingredients
1 ½ lb loaf
1 ½ cup sour cream
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
⅓ teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoon onion flakes, dried
1 ⅓ tablespoon dill weed
3 cups bread flour
1 ½ teaspoon active dry yeast
1 ¾ lb loaf
1 ¾ cup sour cream
1 ½ egg
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ cup sugar
3 tablespoon onion flakes, dried
1 ½ tablespoon dill weed
3 ½ cup bread flour
1 ½ teaspoon active dry yeast
Method
Cycle: white, sweet; no timer. Setting: medium
Notes: you may substitute yoghurt for the sour cream. Keep an eye on the dough and adjust consistency with flour or water as necessary. Use an egg yolk, white or 2 tablespoons of egg substitute for the half Egg.
