Faux Sourdough Bread
Ingredients
1 package active dry yeast
2 ½ cups bread flour
1 tablespoon dark molasses
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 tablespoons warm water
Method
All ingredients but the water should be at room temperature before Starting. Add ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select “white bread”. Press “start”.
