Ingredients
1 package yeast
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons butter (sweet, at room temp)
1 cup less 1 tablespoon hot water
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Method
Be sure to use “crisp” bread setting and add the egg whites after the Rest of the ingredients are moist.
