Lemon Bread
Ingredients
1 package yeast
3 cups bread flour
¼ cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup butter, room temperature
¾ cup milk, scalded
1 egg + 1 yolk, room temp.
¼ teaspoon lemon extract
2 teaspoons dried or freshly grated lemon peel
Method
Place all ingredients into breadmaker pan in the order above, select white bread and push start.
