1 ⅓ tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons gluten (optional)
2 teaspoons sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 ¼ teaspoons caraway seeds
1 ⅓ tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 cup rye flour
1 cup bread flour
1 teaspoon yeast
