1 ¾ lb loaf
1 ¼ cup water
3 tablespoon butter or margarine
3 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 ½ cup bread flour
2 teaspoon active dry yeast
Method
Cycle: white; timer. Setting: medium
Notes: use scant measurements of the water. This makes into rolls very nicely.
