¾ cup milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons apple sauce
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons honey
1 ½ teaspoons anise seed, crushed
¾ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon yeast
⅓ cup light raisins
⅓ cup currants
⅓ cup chopped candied citron
