Scottish Oat Bread
Ingredients
3 tablespoons honey
1 ½ cups milk
¼ cup water
3 tablespoons apple sauce*
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons gluten
¾ cup oat bran
1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
1 ½ cups oat flour
3 teaspoons yeast
Method
Place in pan according to custom. *may use vegetable oil.
